Our Story
JD has spent over 20 years in the building industry. During this time, he developed a passion for quality craftsmanship and revitalizing existing spaces. After returning to New Hampshire to be closer to his family, he continued pursuing the work he loved but felt the industry could improve in terms of quality, service, and care. Ten years ago, he turned his passion into a company that emphasizes the quality and level of service he believes in.
Our Core Team
JD Reade, Owner
JD attributes his extreme attention to detail to his service as an F-16 avionics specialist in the Air Force. After completing his service, he earned a BA in project management with advanced coursework in sustainability. During this time, he gained experience in both residential construction and large-scale, multi-location building maintenance. Over the years, he has honed his skills to the point where he can build a house from the foundation up. He is also an InterNACHI certified NH home inspector and dedicates time each year to furthering his education on building techniques, materials, and local codes. This ensures that he brings up-to-date knowledge and unsurpassed quality to each project he undertakes.
Amanda Reade, Business Manager
Amanda has many years of experience working in business and project management. After working for years in the healthcare industry, she now keeps our operations running smoothly and leads our team in all administrative tasks. Her work is usually behind the scenes, but she is well-versed in the industry, and you can often find her on-site setting the stage, making deliveries, or just lending a helping hand.
Sean Donnelly, Journeyman
Sean has worked with JD for the last five years and has become an invaluable part of our team. He is not only a skilled craftsman but also brings care and compassion to everything he does. This quality shines through in the way he treats each home that he enters. When he is not at work he spends all of his time with his family and has a passion for cooking . It's not uncommon for everyone on the job to benefit from his culinary skills.

Mark Reade, Master Painter
Mark is JD's father and they have been working together on projects since JD was old enough to hold a paintbrush. Mark was born and raised in Weare and loves the town and surrounding community. He has a wide range of skills and has been working on homes in the area for his entire career. He is an extremely talented painter with advanced skills in detail and fine finish work. He maintains a lead-safe certification to ensure safety and compliance as we work in many old New England homes that require knowledge and care to properly restore.
Pax
Pax is our company mascot, site supervisor and all around everyone's best friend. He started helping us on the job as a puppy and although he now prefers the comforts of office work at home you will often find him with JD making deliveries, evaluating jobs and keeping everyone in line ( and loved).
